- Construction Area Manager
- This position is generally responsible for overseeing and directing the construction and completion of a Residential Development Project from conception to completion. Primarily responsible in ensuring that it is finished according to approved For Construction Plans and Specification in time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Job Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 10 years experience in construction industry with a minimum of five (5) years in managerial capacity
- Experience in completing a High Rise Building construction is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of local building codes, construction procedures, and material and project management principles
- Knowledge in Construction methodologies and procedures is a must
- With excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Cost Engineer
- Estimate architectural and structural works of a project. Generate project budget from the estimated quantities. Cost evaluation and monitoring. Permits requirement monitoring and collation. Closing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
- Can work under pressure and with deadlines
- Innovative and has initiative
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work in the head office
